Cooking the Pasta
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Cooking the Steak

- Add sliced steak and season with salt, pepper, and fajita seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through; remove from skillet and set aside.
Cooking the Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onions. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Combining Ingredients
- Return the steak to the skillet with the vegetables.
- Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcooking the pasta and using low-quality meat. Marinate the steak for added flavor and serve with a squeeze of lime for an extra kick.
