  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce Omit for vegetarian option.
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar Use honey for a natural sweetness.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil Light oils can be substituted.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Shallots can be a good substitute.
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced Carrots or snap peas can be used.
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped Can be omitted if unavailable.
  • Salt and Pepper Adjust according to taste.

Cooking
  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and bell peppers to the skillet, sauté for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and peppers, stirring to coat everything well.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
