Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients. Ensure you have your chicken, vegetables, and sauces ready to go.
  2. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips and shred the carrots.
  3. Minced the garlic finely to release its full flavor.
  4. If using rice noodles, soak them in hot water according to package instructions until tender and then drain.
  5. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat them with cornstarch for extra tenderness.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat your cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, add the garlic, red bell pepper, and shredded carrots. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add the noodles, tossing everything until the noodles are thoroughly coated with the sauce.
