- In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Lower the heat and add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add hoisin sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the beef evenly; cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve the Sticky Hoisin Beef over rice or alongside a salad. Add sesame seeds for extra crunch, or drizzle with sriracha for heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
