Preparation
- In a bowl or mason jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the oat mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
Serving
- In the morning, stir the mixture and add more milk if you desire a thinner consistency.
- Enjoy your oats cold or heat them up for a cozy feel!
Notes
Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to five days. Can be frozen for up to three months, but add fruit just before serving for best taste.
