Ingredients
  

For the Cake
  • 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix Can be substituted with any cake mix of your choice.
  • 1 cup Water Feel free to use milk for a richer flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil Can be replaced with melted coconut oil.
  • 3 large Eggs Egg substitutes like flax seed or applesauce work if you’re vegan.
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese Frosting Homemade frosting options can work well too.
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Melting Wafers Dark or milk chocolate can be used as a variety.
  • 1/2 cup Sprinkles Optional, for decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely.
Making the Cake Balls
  1. Once cooled, crumble the cake into a large bowl and mix in the cream cheese frosting until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate melting wafers according to package instructions.
  5. Dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Place back on the baking sheet and add sprinkles if desired.
  7. Let them set until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

To keep your cake balls fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for about a week. They can also be frozen in an airtight container for up to three months.
