Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  3. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
