Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole fresh strawberries Provides natural sweetness and fruity flavor.
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature) Adds creaminess and rich flavor.
  • 5.3 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt Elevates protein content while adding a tangy taste.
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar Sweetens the dip; can be replaced with a sugar substitute if needed.

Method

Preparation
  1. Puree the strawberries: Place the strawberries in a food processor and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain the puree: Using a fine mesh sieve, strain the strawberry puree over a bowl to remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the dip: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the room temperature cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and confectioners’ sugar. Beat on medium speed until well blended, about 2 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the strawberry puree: Add the strained strawberry puree and mix until smooth.
  5. Add toppings: Top the dip with additional chopped strawberries for an extra burst of flavor.
  6. Serve or chill: Enjoy the dip immediately with graham crackers, fresh strawberries, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Chill for an hour before serving for more developed flavors. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Freezing is not recommended as the texture may change.
