  • 1 pinch Salt Balances sweetness.

Preparation
  1. Wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Cut them into halves or quarters for easier blending.
  2. Gather Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Prepare a blender or food processor for blending the ingredients.
Blending
  1. Add the prepared strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  3. Once blended, pour the mixture into an airtight container or a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Freezing
  1. Freeze the mixture for about 3-4 hours or until firm.
  2. Once ready, remove from freezer and let sit for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly.
  3. Scoop the frozen yogurt into bowls or cones and enjoy! Add your favorite toppings if desired.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for maximum sweetness. Store in a well-sealed container to prevent freezer burn.
