Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove their stems.
  2. Peel and chop the pineapple into small pieces.
  3. In a blender, add the strawberries, pineapple, honey, lemon juice, and water.
Cooking
  1. Blend the ingredients until you reach a smooth consistency.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, blending again as needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and cover it with plastic wrap.
  4. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until the mixture is firm.
Serving
