Cooking the Smash Burgers
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form ground hamburger into patties without compressing too tightly and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until a beautiful crust forms, about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

- Place the cooked burgers onto tortillas.
