Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine spinach, cucumber, green apple, celery, lemon juice, ginger, and water or coconut water.
  2. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth, roughly 30 seconds.
  3. If you prefer a chilled drink, add ice cubes and blend again for about 10 seconds until well mixed.
  4. Pour into a glass and sip your refreshing detox drink immediately for the best flavor and nutrients.
