Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until it runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, mixing until dissolved. Stir this mixture into the cooked rice promptly.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the imitation crab meat (or shrimp), cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, and green onions until creamy.
- Spread the sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
Assembly
- Layer the crab mixture on top of the rice, covering it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded nori and cheese over the top.
Baking
- Place in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
