Assembly
- In a large bowl, add the pineapple tidbits with their juice, prepared apples, mini marshmallows, dry roasted peanuts, and the chilled pudding base.
- Gently stir to evenly coat without mashing the fruit.
- If desired, top with extra peanuts and drizzle with caramel sauce. Chill until ready to serve.
