Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chopped chocolate and butter until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar and brown sugar until well blended.
  5. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, until combined and smooth.
  6. Incorporate tahini and vanilla into the egg mixture, stirring until evenly mixed.
  7. Fold the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the combined ingredients.
  8. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  9. Scoop additional tahini and gently swirl it into the brownie batter.
  10. Pour the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  2. Allow to cool before sprinkling with confectioners' sugar, sesame seeds, and flaky sea salt.

Notes

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing. For intense chocolate flavor, use bittersweet chocolate. Avoid overmixing for chewy brownies.
