  2. Skewer the strawberries and grapes onto the sticks, spacing them evenly.
Cooking
  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar with a small amount of water, stirring gently over medium heat.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil until it reaches a deep golden color, about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Carefully dip each skewer into the sugar mixture, twisting to coat the fruit evenly, then allow to cool on parchment paper.

  1. Once cooled, serve your Tanghulu on a beautiful platter.
