Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients. Combine well until evenly mixed.
- Use your hands to form 1-inch meatballs from the mixture.
Cooking
- For air frying, preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Place the meatballs in the basket and air fry for 10 minutes.
- For baking, preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer the meatballs to a skillet, pour the teriyaki sauce over them, and cook over medium-low heat until heated through, about 3–5 minutes.
- Garnish with the remaining chopped green onions and serve the meatballs over cooked rice.
Notes
These meatballs are freezer-friendly and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. They freeze beautifully for up to 3 months.
