Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, removing any tough outer leaves.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the roasted sprouts and toss to coat.
  3. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure crispiness. You can also marinate Brussels sprouts in teriyaki sauce for added flavor before roasting.
