Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the chili powder and cumin, cooking for another minute.
  5. Add beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a simmer; reduce heat and cover. Cook for about 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the beef is tender.
  7. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
