Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and dice the pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberries, and papaya into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, gently mix all the diced fruits.
Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until well combined.
  2. Pour the lime-honey dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until the fruits are coated.
Garnishing and Serving
  1. Add fresh mint leaves on top.
  2. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
