  • 1 Avocado Adds creaminess; guacamole can be used as a substitute.
  • 4 slices Pickled beetroot Provides tanginess; fresh roasted beetroot can be used.
  • 4 leaves Lettuce Iceberg or romaine recommended; arugula for a peppery twist.
  • 4 buns Toasted burger buns Gluten-free buns can be used.
Optional Toppings

Method
 

Grilling the Patties
  1. Grill the beef patties over medium heat until cooked to your liking, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Preparing Toppings
  1. While the patties are cooking, slice the avocado and wash the lettuce.
  2. Toast the burger buns lightly.
Assembling the Burger
  1. Assemble the burger by placing the grilled patty on the bottom bun, followed by creamy avocado, tangy pickled beetroot, and crisp lettuce.
  2. Add any additional toppings if desired.
  3. Place the top bun on and serve immediately.

Notes
