  • 1/2 cup sour cream Adds tanginess.
  • 1 pkg Ranch seasoning mix Provides zesty flavor.
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed Enhances flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adds sharp flavor.
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables Choose your favorites, such as bell peppers and carrots.
For assembly
  • 4 sheets lavash bread or flour tortillas Base for rolling.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning mix, and dill weed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped vegetables until evenly combined.
  3. Evenly distribute the creamy veggie filling onto the lavash bread sheets or flour tortillas.
  4. Roll tightly from the short end to form logs.
  5. Place the roll-ups seam-side down in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Cut the chilled rolls into 1/2 to 3/4-inch pinwheels before serving.

Notes

For best results, use softened cream cheese and evenly chop vegetables. Don't skip the chilling step for flavor development.
