  1. In a saucepan, combine the Velveeta cheese cubes and RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes over medium heat.
  2. Stir frequently to ensure the cheese melts evenly and does not scorch.
  3. Once melted and thoroughly combined, remove from heat.
  4. Serve warm with corn tortilla chips.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in some cooked ground beef or shredded chicken. Serve warm and offer toppings like jalapeƱos or extra cheese. Store leftovers in a sealed container for 3-4 days; add a splash of milk when reheating to regain creaminess.
