Preparation

  4. Prepare a small bowl to mix your dressing.
Dressing Mix

  2. Whisk these together until the honey fully dissolves into the mix.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the carrot mixture, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
  2. Add the sunflower seeds, tossing gently for a crunchy finish.
