Baking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, egg, stevia, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine coconut flour and chopped walnuts.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, then roll in the confectioners Swerve.
