Preparation
- Puree the diced watermelon by blending it in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Add lime juice and optional sweetener to the watermelon puree and blend again until well combined, about 20 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, process the sorbet using the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer's instructions and serve immediately.
Notes
Store any leftover sorbet in a sealed container in the freezer. It may be best enjoyed within a week.
