Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups frozen blueberries Frozen blueberries provide the best flavor and texture.
  • 1.25 cups almond milk Can be substituted with oat milk or coconut milk.
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower Adds thickness without altering the flavor; ensure it's steamed if using fresh.
  • 0.5 cup frozen raspberries Any mixed berries can be substituted.
  • 0.5 whole frozen banana Frozen banana ensures a creamy texture.
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter Peanut butter or sunflower seed butter can be used instead.
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup Honey or agave syrup can substitute.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Can be replaced with lime juice for a different flavor.
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (ΒΌ-inch piece, optional) Adds a spicy warmth; omit if preferring a milder flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender, place the blueberries, almond milk, cauliflower, raspberries, banana, almond butter, maple syrup, lemon juice, and ginger (if using).
  2. Blend until creamy, adding more almond milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.

Notes

For an extra nutritional boost, add spinach or protein powder. Chill almond milk in advance for colder smoothies. Use a high-speed blender for the best texture.
