Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Incorporate the extra-sharp Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise, mixing until well combined.
  3. Add garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and diced pimentos. Continue mixing until everything is thoroughly blended.
  4. Taste and adjust with salt and black pepper, adding more cayenne if desired.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

For a creamier texture, ensure cream cheese is softened. Feel free to add jalapeƱos or dill for a unique twist. Store in an airtight container for up to a week; freeze for longer storage.
